Agreement
By accessing or using Aurix CMS (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by invited users and clients.
Customer content
You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Aurix CMS a limited license to host, process, and display Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to upload and share Content, including files and client communications.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.
- Do not disrupt or degrade the Service, including by probing or scanning for vulnerabilities.
- Do not upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Billing and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method. For details, see our Payment Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep Aurix CMS reliable, but the Service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors. We may modify features to improve the product and security.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, access to the Service may be removed, subject to retention and legal obligations.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurix CMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
